Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups Irish whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon, scotch or rye whiskey
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whipping cream or light cream
4 eggs
2 tablespoons chocolate-flavored syrup
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve over ice, if desired.
Additional Comments:
Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to one month. Use an egg substitute if concerned about salmonella in raw eggs.
