Ingredients:
4 cups cooked white rice
4 eggs
1 can cubed luncheon meat (spam)
1 can mixed vegetables (drained)
5 tablespoons of chives or 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
1 packet of fried rice seasoning
5-10 tablespoons of soy sauce
Cooking Instructions:
Cook 4 cups of white rice in a traditional rice cooker. (1 cup of water per cup of rice.) When the rice is cooked, place in refrigerator to cool. Stir-fry eggs and mix vegetables in a well oiled skillet. Add the cubed luncheon meat and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add rice, chives/green onions, and fried rice seasoning. Stir-fry until mixed well. Sprinkle soy sauce over the mix and stir-fry for 4 minutes on low heat.
