Ingredients:
Tortillas
Can of refried beans
Mexican shredded cheese mix
Eggs
Cumin, Onion Powder, etc. season to you and your children's taste.
Cooking Instructions:
Mix refried beans with some water and seasoning with(Cumin, pepper, onion powder, etc) and microwave to heat.
Fry an egg to your childrens liking
When it's done sprinkle with cheese.
Heat Tortilla over stove flame untill it just hot and beginning to brown.
Spread some beans on the tortilla
Dump the egg and cheese on the torrilla
Fold the tortilla up and eat
