Ingredients:
1 cup Beef cubes
1 cup Ground Beef (Hamburger meat)
1 cup Chopped Carrots
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 chopped Celery Stalk
3 small or medium Jalapenos, chopped
3 tablespoons Pepper
1 can Beef Roast Gravy
3 HEAPING tablespoons of Peanut Butter
2-3 cups Water (Depends on how thick you like your stew)
Cooking Instructions:
You will need a crockpot for this recipe or set your burner on low. Set the crockpot on high. Combine the beef, gravy, peanut butter, and water in the crockpot. Mix, cover, and let it cook for one hour. Chop your vegetables while you wait. After one hour, mix in the rest of the ingredients. Let it cook for 4 hours on high or 9 hours on low.

The spices are optional. Add or remove to fit your taste.
