Ingredients:
1 Serving of linguini
(make enough for extra)
1 Roasted Chicken
Fresh Parmesan Cheese
Mushrooms
Butter
Pepper
Olive Oil
Garlic / other seasoning
Cooking Instructions:
Boil pasta just long enough to make al dente...don't overcook. While pasta is boiling cook up sliced mushrooms in a pan greased with olive oil...apply garlic or other seasoning. Pour water out of pasta pot and add small chicken pieces and mushrooms and enough butter to get everything slippery. Add Fresh Parmesan and stir until you get a nice cheesy coating.
Serving Suggestions:
Shake some fresh pepper on top and you're ready to eat.
Origin of this recipe:
Always loved mom's Turkey Tetrazini but never had the patience to make it. Had some chicken from the bbq one day and made up my own version.
