Ingredients:
1 lb chicken cutlets
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Garlic
Mushrooms
Marsala Wine
Cooking Instructions:
Add salt and pepper to flour

Dredge chicken cutlets in flour to coat.

Melt 3tbsps margarine/butter in skillet. Brown 1 crushed garlic clove. Add cutlets browning quickly. Remove meat and place in shallow baking pan.

Add one (1) tbsp butter or margarine to skillet and brown 1/2lb of sliced fresh mushrooms.

Add 1/2 cup of marsala cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Simmer approximately 2 minutes.

Pour wine/mushroom sauce over meat.

Cover pan with foil and bake approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serves 2 - 3
