Ingredients:
1 Loaf of sour dough french bread. Gorgonzola cheese. Cheddar cheese. 5 medium Mushrooms. Butter. Hummus. Garlic powder.
Cooking Instructions:
Slice muchrooms 1/8 inch thick and saute lightly in butter in large pan. Shake on a small amount of garlic powder. Cut bread in 3/4 inch thick slices and spread out on cookie sheet. Grill on both sides until very lightly golden browned. Remove from oven and spread a thin layer of Hummus on each piece. Add very thin slice of Ceddar to each. Spread Mushrooms on each. Top with a thin slice of Gorgonzola cheese. Returm to oven and grill untill cheese just starts to melt.
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy hot out of oven. Goes good with Ale type Beer.
