Ingredients:
Beef (Rib Eye cut)1 pound
Garlic (2 cloves)
Yellow onion (1/3)
Pepper (1 teaspoon)
Soy Sauce (1 Table spoon)
Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions:
Wash the meat thoroughly then let it drain off the excess water for 30 minutes. Mince the garlic and onion (if you are lazy use a blender). Put the pepper and soy sauce with the garlic and onion. After the meat has been drained of the excess water; rub the garlic and onion on the meat. Let it marinade for 30 minutes. Then chopped the meats into 1 inch squares. Now you are ready to cook!

Cook in a Wok/Pan in High Heat.

Pour in the Olive Oil.

Then put in the steak for 1 minute; take out and enjoy!~
Serving Suggestions:
Serve this with either a green salad with lots of sliced tomatoes or steam rice.
