Ingredients: |
2lb of fillet of sole or other white fish 1 cup of Chablis wine 2-3 tablespoons of dry Sherry |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley 2 tablespooons chopped chives Salt and pepper to taste. |
Cooking
Instructions: |
Place fish in a greased ovenproof dish. Combine ingredients and pour over fish. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or untill done. |
