Ingredients:
2lb of fillet of sole or other white fish
1 cup of Chablis wine
2-3 tablespoons of dry Sherry
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespooons chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking Instructions:
Place fish in a greased ovenproof dish. Combine ingredients and pour over fish. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or untill done.
Origin of this recipe:
Since my father and grandfather were fisherman there was always fish on the table.
