Ingredients:
1 lg can of Salmon
1/2 small onion
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cups of corn meal or
cracker meal
Cooking Instructions:
In a large skillet, put enough oil in to be 1/2 inch deep. Place on medium heat.

Drain juice from can, pour salmon into a large bowl and add diced onion, beaten egg, corn meal and flour. Form a pattie in hand the size of a hamburger pattie. Place pattie in skillet. Brown each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
